Athena Consulting & Overseas

About Us

Athena Consulting & Overseas is a Gurugram-based professional consultancy, registered in India since January 2023. It is a proprietorship of Akshay P.R. Tripathi.

Advisory. Athena is retained by companies for the work that decides whether a business actually grows — business development and growth strategy, client acquisition and relationship development, market research and expansion, strategic alliances and partnerships, revenue and commercial strategy, and brand positioning. Current engagements are in the healthcare sector.

Product. Athena develops and publishes Tavo, a free maintenance-calorie and nutrition tracker built for how Indians actually eat — real dishes, real portions, no account required, and no personal data held on a server. Tavo exists because the tools available treated the body as a formula rather than an experiment. It was built from daily use before it was built for anyone else.

The two halves are the same discipline: work out what is actually true, then act on it.
